Keeping that carb count low isn’t a problem with these Zero Carb Snacks!

If you are carb counting and want to hold on to those carbs for a good meal – this list of zero carb snacks is just for you! Eating through-out the day is a must for me, especially since I’ve started intermittent fasting. I am great until noon when it’s go time to eat – than it’s like GIVE ME ALL THE FOOD. It’s funny though, because I really can’t eat a ton for that first meal. You would think I’d be starvin’ marvin – but nope. Then 3 pm hits and I AM ALL ABOUT THE FOOD. This is when I hit my Keto snack pile.

Keto Zero Carb Snacks (or ALMOST Zero!)

Pick up a few of these zero carb snacks and keep them handy for those times where you don’t want to consume carbs but your belly is like I NEED FOOD, NOW.

No Carbs Snacks to Minimal Carbs

Something to note, some of these snacks may have 0-1 net carb count. Every product brand for items such as beef sticks vary. Read your labels. And while yes, these keto snacks have 0 carbs, too much of anything isn’t good – AND while 1 serving may have 0, 2 servings may have 1 net carb. Again, read those labels and use this Keto zero carb snack list as a guide not the bible. This list also works awesome for low carb dieters.

Let’s get rid of that hunger or hangry with these zero carb snacks. Check your quantity if you are focused on zero carbs!

Beef Sticks

An easy go-to zero carb snack are beef sticks! But buyer beware – make sure you read the label to determine what the net carb count is. 

  • Serving Size – 1 Stick
  • Net Carbs – 0-1

Beef Jerky

Next our on list of zero carb snacks is beef jerky. Again, read the label but when you find one that you like and thats minimal in carbs, you have a win!

  • Serving Size – 1 Stick
  • Net Carbs – 0-1

Bacon

Cook bacon ahead for the week and keep it in the fridge. Watch out for kids that eat your bacon!

  • Serving Size – 3 Slices
  • Net Carbs – 0

Cheese

My first option for keto snacking is Mini Babybel cheese. These little cheese cirlcles come in a variety of flavors (cheddar, original, bonbel, gouda, light.) I love to melt a Babybel with a scrambled egg!

Also, there are several cheeses that you can choose from that offer 0 carbohydrates when eating the right serving size!

  • Serving Size – 1 oz
  • Net Carbs – 0

Cucumbers

While you can’t eat too many cucumber slices, you can eat 2 slices for zero net carbs  (put a piece of cheese between it!)

Celery

Shake a little salt on some celery, or if you want to up the carbs just a tad – eat celery with cream cheese for a yummy low carb snack.

  • Serving Size – 1/2 cup
  • Net Carbs – 0

Pepperoni Chips

Crispy pepperonis are so delicious and ZERO carbs! 

  • Serving Size – 7 pepperonis
  • Net Carbs – 0

Light String Cheese

String cheese is an easy zero carb keto snack. Check brand labels!

  • Serving Size – 1 stick
  • Net Carbs – 0

Radishes

Radish anyone? Maybe try pickling (but watch your ingredients)

  • Serving Size – 1/4 cup
  • Net Carbs – 0

Avocado

Slice a portion of avocado, sprinkle with salt and pepper. 

  • Serving Size – 1/5 cup
  • Net Carbs – 0

Canned Chicken Breast

Remember, we are looking at keto snacks that are zero carbs. Eat a snack portion size for no carbs!

  • Serving Size – 1/5 serving

Zero Carb Bagels

I know you read ZERO CARB BAGELS and thought LIES!

Yes, I thought the same things, but nope – these are 0 carbs and 90 calories per bagel. Great for diabetics.

  • Serving Size – 1 bagel
  • Net Carbs – 0

Guacamole

Watch what you put into it to avoid making it carby, but no carb guac can be done. Remember ingredients and serving size determines the carb count!

Hard Boiled Eggs

Make hard boiled eggs ahead of time, or you can even buy them in the refrigerator section of your grocery store. 

  • Serving Size – 1 egg
  • Net Carbs – 0

Parmesan Chips

Make Parmesan chips and enjoy a zero carb snack! SNACK, don’t eat 20 (even though it’s easy to!)

Cauliflower Thins

These hot and spicy cauliflower thins are another zero carb snack that you can buy!

Almonds

Enjoy a few almonds if you are looking for something a little nutty.

  • Serving Size – 3 almonds
  • Net Carbs – 0

Legume Snacks

These new Legume snacks offer 50% more protein than eggs; 50% more protein than chickpeas; 2x more fiber than edamame!

Bonus, these are only 60 calories and 0g net carbs per serving; That’s 80% fewer calories than almonds and 60% fewer carbs than chickpeas.

Coffee

Did someone say COFFEE? This is a requirement for me to run. Just watch what you add to your coffee, that is where you will get in trouble!

Pepperoni

While I love pepperonis, my boys do more – which means these can never stay in our fridge! These no carb snacks are awesome alone or delicious paired with a cheese stick.

  • Serving Size – 20 pepperonis

Spinach

I know, spinach – not the most sexy zero carb snack – but hey it’s an option. 

  • Serving Size – 1 cup
  • Net Carbs – 0

Smoked Salmon

While a little more pricier than other meats – that smoked salmon is zero carbs, y’all! If only we lived in near Seattle and could get fresh salmon.. A girl can dream. 

The carb count may not increase, but do know there are still calories and fat in salmon!

  • Serving Size – 20 pounds
  • Net Carbs – 0

Canned Tuna

Again, another non-sexy and this one is smelly but canned tuna is an easy keto snack option with zero carbs. If you need to eat, pop open a tuna can.

Like smoked salmon, this is another snack that doesn’t have carbs – but does have fat and calories.

  • Serving Size – 20 pounds

Smoked Herring

I’m not a huge fish person, but if you are – keep smoked herring to snack on!

I am starting to sound like a parrot, repeating this… BUT, this is another snack that doesn’t have carbs – but does have fat and calories.

Ham

Enjoy a slice of ham lunch meat. Pair it with a babybel cheese!

  • Serving Size – 1/2 ounce
  • Net Carbs – 0

Turkey

Turkey is a wee bit more in the carb count – so eat half a slice if you have turkey lunch meat to achieve a 0 carb snack.

Pork Rinds

Enjoy fried pork rinds. These are the perfect chip alternative when eating low carb! Great for dipping!

This is another product that may yield zero carbs, but you have to watch fat, calories and cholesterol.

Canned Shrimp

Do you enjoy shrimp? Have you had canned shrimp? Who knew? Canned shrimp makes a great no carb snack.

Seaweed Snacks

Seaweed snacks are zero carb! My kids LOVE these. Seaweed snack are also known as dried seaweed or nori.

Flax Seed Crackers

Flax seed crackers, also known as flackers are zero carb, but know after 2 the carbs start adding to the count.

Kale

If you are cringing at the thought of kale, move right along on the list! But if you are okay with kale, make kale chips!

  • Serving Size – 3/5 cup
  • Net Carbs – 0

Steak Bites

Next time you make steak for dinner, make an extra strip of steak. Cut up the steak into steak bites and keep them in your fridge for an easy no carb snack!

Dill Pickles

Dill pickles are another great keto snack that are easy to grab and go.

Marinated Artichoke Hearts

Enjoy a slice of marinated artichoke hearts.

Mushrooms

Personally, not a mushroom fan but if you are – you can enjoy up to 2/5 cup of mushrooms with out having to count carbs.

Jalapenos

Need a little spicy in your life? Well you can eat a little bit of jalapeno without carbs. 

  • Serving Size – 1/8 cup

Prawns

Keep prawns in the fridge to grab and eat. That’s if you like prawns!

This is another snack you eat a ton of, but watch the other nutritional data if you are eating large quantities!

Ground Beef
