Salad and Go breakfast menu offers low carb food options. You can order from the breakfast menu and salads during Salad and Go breakfast hours.
- Salad and Go Breakfast Hours Monday – Friday: 6:30am-10:30am
- Weekends Breakfast Hours: 7am-11am

Build Your Own Salad
My choice is the build your own salad. This lets me pick all the exact ingredients that I know that I enjoy to make a delicious low carb salad that is keto friendly!
I enjoy adding avocado, bacon, egg and feta to get my protein in. For vegetables, I love me some red cabbage, organic cucumbers, onions and depending on what flavor I am swaying towards, the peppers.

Wanting a little protein on the go? The Salad and Go protein box makes a GREAT keto snack idea (or kid meal!) Featuring you choice of any 2 salad ingredients, served with ranch dressing. Buy the protein boxes ahead of time, perfect for those mid-day hangry moments.

In addition to the above, Salad and Go Menu does offer delicious wraps and 3 bean chili soup. Unfortunately, these are not keto friendly. You could order a Salad and Go wrap and substitute your own low carb tortilla or use a keto bread to make a sandwich.

This is a new find that I totally loved. I was hangry for a snack and came across the Salad and Go Snack Pack. While this is intended as a side or a kids meal, this makes an AWESOME keto snack!
For $4.00, chose the Salad and Go Snack Packfrom their app or website (or drive-thru.) You can choose 1 protein and 2 sides. For my keto protein snack box, I chose grilled chicken, avocado and mozzarella cheese.

Optional dressing is included in your protein snack box! This is a great option if you are driving thru and just need something to get you by.
Drink Menu
While I am trying my best to drink a gallon of water a day, I do love some ice tea. The Salad and Go drinks are $1.95! That’s right, only a buck for a drink. Here are the low carb options for drinks:
- Organic Cold Brew – bring your own creamer to ensure you stay in your macros.
- Organic Black Tea – either drink without sweetener, or choose to add stevia.
- Water – can’t go wrong with good ole H20! (bonus, it’s free!)

I have been ordering thru the website, but recently discovered that there is a Salad and Go app! The app allows you to find locations near you and to easily order online.
