Keto Food Tips

Here are a few suggestions in regards to the above Keto diet foods. I hope these help you as you plan out your meals and snacks for the week. Remember, one of the best tips I can have is to make sure that you plan and have Keto food available and easily accessible. 

Grilled Artichokes

The grilled artichoke hearts are great paired with rotisserie chicken. I like to buy a rotisserie chicken and eat off that for a few days. These grilled artichoke hearts are the perfect side dish. Use with garlic butter and lemon or add cheese. If you like artichokes, these grilled artichokes do NOT disappoint! 

Pork Rind Crumbs

I get so sick of looking at pork rinds that I will stop buying them! Then of course, I’ll need them for a dish. These pork rind crumbs are the answer to your bread crumb cravings!

Snacking on Keto

Let’s face it, Keto snacks are a requirement. I don’t know who these people are that can not eat between meals but I do know they aren’t me! From the low carb chocolate chip cookies to the Moon cheese, these are all great things to keep around and have handy. Check out our post on Keto Snacks.
