Here are a few suggestions in regards to the above Keto diet foods. I hope these help you as you plan out your meals and snacks for the week. Remember, one of the best tips I can have is to make sure that you plan and have Keto food available and easily accessible.
The grilled artichoke hearts are great paired with rotisserie chicken. I like to buy a rotisserie chicken and eat off that for a few days. These grilled artichoke hearts are the perfect side dish. Use with garlic butter and lemon or add cheese. If you like artichokes, these grilled artichokes do NOT disappoint!

I get so sick of looking at pork rinds that I will stop buying them! Then of course, I’ll need them for a dish. These pork rind crumbs are the answer to your bread crumb cravings!
